  • Develop both preharvest and postharvest intervention strategies to reduce foodborne pathogens in poultry (e.g. Campylobacter and Salmonella).
  • Formulate predictive pharmacokinetic models of antibiotic and pesticide transfer in poultry to eliminate violative residues in poultry.
